The Challenge
LHD Lawyers struggled with outdated TV campaigns that necessitated ever-growing budgets to sustain lead volumes. Their long-standing creative assets were failing to capture attention and not delivering on the required demand creation (lead generation). To address these issues, UNDIVIDED was enlisted to conduct a comprehensive audit of their media and creative strategies, aiming to rejuvenate their brand presence, enhance lead generation efficiency, and drive growth through new customer acquisition

Working with Jonathan and the UNDIVIDED team, we collaboratively overhauled our creative strategy and built new TV & Video assets. 12 months on, our firm is thriving. Our lead generation has increased by 50% and our cost per lead has halved. We are receiving more leads and clients than ever which has resulted in growth in all our business as well as opening new markets around the country. How We Did It

We conducted a comprehensive client survey within LHD's database to gather insights and feedback. This market research provided valuable data on perceptions of LHD and informed the development of new TV and digital media assets.

Recognising an untapped opportunity, we implemented one of our proven neuro-marketing strategies called 'social validation', a concept unique to LHD Lawyers and they could own this. By highlighting their 'no win, no fee' promise and integrating it with their brand identity through a song (theta rhythm), we differentiated LHD in the market and enhanced brand recall.

We partnered closely with media networks on a performance basis, sharing detailed performance insights to optimise media schedules and negotiate competitive rates. This collaborative approach ensured that core response rate benchmarks were consistently met across all media channels.

We implemented a robust test and learn framework, dedicating a set percentage of the monthly budget to media and creative tests. Successful outcomes from these tests were adopted as new controls, enabling continuous improvement and informed future planning strategies.

Regular monthly and quarterly performance reports were shared, accompanied by daily optimisations based on deep performance analyses. This proactive approach allowed us to fine-tune the media mix and tactical adjustments within each channel, driving increased performance and ROI.

By leveraging innovative strategies in creative development, media optimisation, and rigorous testing, UNDIVIDED successfully revitalised LHD Lawyers' new customer acquisition efforts.
